MSA 3S-PS Positive Pressure Full Face Mask with MSA Plug ConnectionThe MSA 3S-PS full face respirator has the most successful mask design in the world and has been further improved from its classic style with an upgrade.  Selling over 5 million units worldwide it offers users comfort, value and efficiency.Please Note: Filters are not included with this product.The MSA 3S-PS uses an impact resistance plastic (polycarbonate) lens and gives the wearer a larger field of vision.  There is also an inner mask available which provides an optimal air flow, keeps the lens free from fogging and reduces the dead space effectively.The face blank is made of a special rubber compound which makes the seal softer, more comfortable and unaffected by lotions or creams.  This seal, combined with a deeper chin stop ensures that the mask is a snug fit for the user.  A connector is clamped into the face blank which contains the plug connection, the inhalation valve and the speech diaphragm. The speech diaphragm permits excellent communication.The user of the 3S-PS version can use the full face mask for use with positive pressure lung governed valves for compressed air breathing apparatus and compressed airline breathing apparatus.  It operates with a MSA plug connection and a mask with a spring loaded exhalation valve and MSA plug-in connection with connection cover “red”.The MSA 3S-PS operates with a harness which allows the mask to be quickly donned and removed without having to adjust it.  It gives a pressure-free fit and the carrying strap allows the mask to be carried in front of the chest, ready to be used.The exhalation valve is located at the lowest point of the MSA full face respirator.  A low exhalation resistance is caused by the masks large cross section.  Both the valve disc and valve cover are easily replaceable.The MSA 3S-PS offers comfort, choice and safety for its users, offering a product which is suitable for virtually all applications (over 50 versions).All MSA full face respirators are approved according to EN 136 class 3.
